Job Description :
- Minimum relevant experience of 7 years out of which last 3 years should have been in Managerial position in a medium sized BPO
- Excellent employee relationship and employee engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed the expectations of internal clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Should have hands-on approach and ability to lead team from front
- Ability to articulate thoughts and translate the same into policies and procedures
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in electronic communication and spreadsheets.
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and deliver
- A go getter with ability to independently handle and deliver on the entire gamut of Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Experience in recruitment and selection will be preferred, but not a constraint
Major Responsibilities :
- Induction and on-boarding of employees
- Ensure documents verification, referral checks, background checks, opening of bank accounts, issuance of appointment letters and interdepartmental coordination
- Take appropriate proactive measures to ensure that employees are fully engaged and motivated,including management of R&R activities
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
- Oversee and manage IJPs
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Take appropriate proactive measures to control attrition including management of EWS
- Manage and ensure smooth delivery of all hygiene factors e.g. attendance management, leaves management, remuneration and benefits management etc.
- Grievance and query handling within agreed TAT
- Ensure discipline adherence and take appropriate actions wherever required
- Periodic review of HR policies and procedures and make amends as and when required
- Manage roll-out of policies and procedures and related change management
- Manage separation activities
