Technical Competencies / Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office
- Should have on hands on experience on Mapping and Headhunting
- Should have managed employee engagement and other HR Related activities
Responsibilities :
- Responsible To Source and Hire for all budgeted and replacement Positions
- Responsible Organise timely Employee events
- Responsible To Complete all Exit, Transfer, Confirmation process
- Responsible To coordinate for L&D workshops in the Zone
- Responsible To coordinate in resolving Employee grievances
- Responsible Documentation and Record Keeping as per BPMS Process
- Responsible for Accurate and on time submission of required reports
KPI :
- Recruitments of all budgeted and replacement positions within agreed TAT
- Minimum usage of consultants (% of usage not more than 60%)
- Ensure Candidate retention is 100% in the first month of joining
- Branch Visits in every Quarter (100% adherence)
- Maintenance of recruitment MIS in prescribed format
