- Strategize and Deliver HR products/services i.e Talent management, Performance management within Business Unit. May have overall responsibility for a larger/ high complex business unit such as FCC/FSSC/Trade/Technology etc or geographic area.
- Coach, facilitate and advise Business Heads to maximize individual, team and organizational performance. Provides insight to stimulate new perspectives / approaches and different ways of thinking.
- May assist in the development of HR products and services.
- May be an individual contributor or have supervisory / team lead responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships with Business, HR colleagues specialist teams and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks and resolve issues
- Implements and stewards the employee value proposition(EVP)
- Creates an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values
- Supports HR efforts related to investigations, grievance resolution, performance, complaints of unfair employment practices / discrimination and disciplinary action
- Develop and secure agreement to strategic people agenda which is aligned to business strategy. Drive performance through OD and a continued focus on the factors that drives engagement
- Network with Hub HR and the group HR colleagues to understand the global business and HR trends that will be helpful to the business managed by him/her
- Actively participate in Business Manco to influence the group for successful implementation of people practices
- Strategically prioritize Leadership Development of BU to design strong succession planning for key and critical roles.
- Qualification/Experience MBA, HR with 10+ yrs of work experience
