Title: Sr. Manager - Human Resources

Purpose: This role is responsible for achieving organizational objectives through talent acquisition, employee development, employee engagement, performance management system and other HR initiatives through implementation of all HR policies and providing all other requisite support to Head HR on HR projects.

Job duties:

Recruitment:

- Responsible to budget manpower for the organization and the concerned divisions to meet current and future business plans within targeted MPC

- Developing and implementing recruitment plans for efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment for all staff level positions

- Responsible to meet all recruitment needs till L2 Level and ensure smooth induction for New Joiners.

Talent Management:

- Selection of Human Capital (talent pool) as per the established criteria.

- Identify hiring requirements from Campuses. Ensure smooth onboarding of all campus hires and ensure effective implementation of the induction of all the campus hires in the first year of their joining.

- Identify the requirement for interns at company level. Ensure important & critical projects are allocated to the interns and enable them to successfully complete the projects as to maximize pre placement offers (PPOs) for the interns.

- Coordinate and assist at Company level for various Corporate drives for centralized talent programs like Anand Leadership Development Program (ALDP), Anand Mentor Program (AMP), nominations for sponsorship for higher education at NITIE, Shoolini, IIT Madras etc.

- Identify career progression for all the talent pool at Company level and effective implementation of the same.

- Identify training needs of employees and ensuring successful implementation of the training Calendar.

Performance Management & Compensation:

- Deriving the LSIP along with HR Head for implementing the goal setting exercise at Spicer

- Ensure effective KRAs are assigned to all at start of the year.

- Responsible for completion of mid-year KRA review & final appraisals on time.

- Assist the HR Head in designing and reviewing the compensation of the staff

Special HR Projects:

- Performing out special HR projects (GPTW etc.) along with the Head HR for all SIL locations

- Responsible to ensure successful implementation of employee engagement activities like Communication Meets, FAW, Hub Events and Employee Recognition

- Improving white collar productivity
