About the role:We are seeking an Senior HR Manager with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving the entire spectrum of human resource functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and lifecycle management.
What You will do Everyday? - Talent Acquisition: Spearhead leadership and volume hiring initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of high-caliber talent aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Leadership Hiring: Target and recruit top-tier executives, fostering a team capable of steering our company towards its ambitious goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on all HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system that motivates, rewards, and advances our workforce.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Craft and execute engagement strategies that bolster retention, nurturing a committed and satisfied team.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring quality and efficiency in outsourced functions.
- Culture Creation: Be the steward of our organizational culture, embedding our core values into every facet of the employee experience.
- Setting the Stage: Lay down the HR foundations for a scalable, sustainable, and people-centric organization.
Your Superpowers:- Experience: 4+ years in HR Operations or a similar role, with startup scaling experience.
- Strategic Design: Expertise in designing compensation, benefits programs, and HR policies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
