- Drive Performance Reviews, Identify High Potentials, Work with reporting managers for talent review discussions.
- Establishing key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role in the organization along with individual performance mapping, thereby building a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework.
- Managing Performance Management process across the levels & establishing framework for performance appraisal system linked to reward management
- Manage Increments & Promotions on the basis of overall performance ratings & salary bandwidth Dealing with Govt authorities.
- Attending all hearing at EPFO.
- Knowledge of ESI, Minimum wage act, PF act, Shop and Establishment act.
- Preparing Compliance Report, Contract Renewal,Convergence Payroll, Expense report etc.
- Giving Full and Final Settlement advice.
- Addressing employee queries related to all HR matters.
- Looking at Increment and Incentives of Employees,
- Doing Background check of new joinees.
- Dong Audit Management as well as Internal Statutory.
- HRIS management.
- Overseeing entire HR process except for Talent Acquisition.
- Defining policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Generation and Recording Monthly HR MIS Reports and sending the same to Management
- Maintaining all HR Reports & Documents
