Operational Responsibilities :

Planning and Strategy Related :

- Responsible for creating awareness and educating the staff on the organization values and mission and employee related policies.

- Coordinate with the Management and Department Heads for scaling up of resources in line with the growth plans of the organisation

- Responsible for setting budgets and targets for the HR department

- Manage employee attrition, analyse exit interviews and use the information to benefit the organisation

Recruitment and Induction Related :

- Review the requests for manpower requirement from the Departments, and ensure the need for additional staff and also come up with recruitment plan (plan to suggest promotion of internal staff, references from staff, whether to go in for advertisement or engage a HR agency etc to be suggested)

- On time processing of recruitment requests

- Ensure the organization's induction program is properly conducted for the new recruits

- Ensure maintenance of up to date employee database with complete information about the employee

Payroll Management :

- Attendance and time tracking

- Monthly payroll processing

- Advances processing

- Travel settlements

Performance Management :

- Ensure execution of the Organization's Performance Management related policies and procedures and acquaint and train the staff on the same

- Score cards tracking

- Coordinating for quarterly performance appraisals

- Incentives calculations and payments follow up

Training and Development Related :

- Training calendar preparation

- Making training arrangements (inhouse or external)

- Employee engagement and welfare activities

Statutory Related :

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws

- Ensure that the outsourced/contracted labour related issues at site and office are managed within the statutory limits

- Ensure Filing of returns and remittances on time

Other HR functions :

- Employee Insurance management

- Resolving employee's queries on TDS on salaries

- Issue Form 16 and other relevant documents

Admin Related :

- Asset management (IT, office)

- Admin and IT related purchase processing

- Front Office management

- Making travel arrangements, (tracking travel advance, settlements)

- Facility management

- Office administration

- Utilities management

- Vehicle management

- Office Supplies procurement and inventory management

- Files maintenance across the group

Any other task as may be delegated by the reporting Manager or Senior Management
