The incumbent should have following expertise:
1. Talent Management /HR Operations
2. Performance Appraisals, Policies and Procedures
3. Payroll Inputs, incentive/performance bonus calculations.
4. Talent Acquisition - Mid to Sr. Level and mentoring the existing resource.
5. Learning and Development
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication skills
MBA - HR is preferred

This position is based at Noida, Sector-126. The shuttle service is available from the nearest metro station.
