Bachelor's Degree / MBA or related field preferred, HR focus is an advantage
- Minimum of at least 14 years of professional HR experience and 6 years of leadership experience preferably within HR
Operations and/or HR Service Center
- English Proficient (written and spoken), knowledge of other European language is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skill, Advanced analytical and judgment skills with the ability to interpret workforce information & performance indicators as well as report writing and project management
- Developing and implementing HR solutions including service design and redesign
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to organize and plan effectively
- Successfully building, leading, development and motivation of a high performing team including people, goals, processes and metrics
- Managing and delivering effectively in a constantly changing environment, working with multiple priorities and diverse workloads
- Working in any environment that uses/leverages Service Management principles (including SLAs performance reporting, charge back models, customer agreements, service governance, etc.)
- Developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget
- Presenting and reporting on project plans and cost benefit analyses to various audience levels within the organization.
- Applying financial acumen to business and business modeling situations
- Implementing and managing HR portals; working in organizations with ERP technologies (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.); Case Management, Telephony and other technologies
- Ability to collaborate and work internationally is required.
