Senior Manager HR & TA (Retail, Start-up, F&B industry)
Responsibilities :
- Establish and lead the recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire top talent for the corporate office.
- Develop relations with external channels of recruitment in a cost-effective way.
- Direct Administration, including reception, facility management and space planning.
- Managing onboarding and induction of corporate hires at the Bangalore support center
- Partner with business to carve out & drive engagement agenda for the teams.
- Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement cost for a fast-paced business.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Effective Stakeholder management by means of partnering for people related initiatives
- Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR
- Supervises the work of team members and provide guidance
Requirements :
- 8-10yrs of experience in HR ideally in Retail, Start-up, F&B industry
- Proven experience in recruitment ( Non-Tech) and HR Business partnering
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Pro-active and dynamic candidate who is a self-starter, individual contributor, and an effective team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
- MBA/PGDBM in human resources, business administration or relevant field
