Responsibilities :
Primary Purpose of the Role: Sr.Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (HR) will be responsible to build the employer branding and talent attraction strategy, develop and control the talent acquisition process and practices. This role will need to understand business requirement, job descriptions, and enable the different TA Ops team members to fulfill open positions across different Business Units (BU) with in APSFL by sourcing relevant profiles. The role holder will build long-term partnerships, and strategize to boost our employer brand to enable us to continually emerge as an employer of choice.
1. Recruitment :
i. Collaborate with BU Heads/ internal stake holder's on any new capability or skill hiring to understand the JD/Role.
ii. Interact with business to understand the requirement and educate the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on the hiring specification
iii. Keep track of hiring challenges, facilitate discussion - supply, diversity, skill and capability
iv. Should have extensive experience in - Internet sourcing techniques- along with conventional sourcing methods.
v. Responsible for developing and maintaining the recruitment process based on APSFL Policies & Procedures
vi. Build Market Intelligence and help with hiring strategy
vii. Facilitate agreed daily, weekly & monthly hiring status meetings with BU Heads or stakeholders
viii. To provide business insights, upcoming changes and candidate behavior analysis to the TA Ops team
ix. Own the relationship between TA Ops and Business Units ( BU Heads)
2) Employer Branding :
i. Design the Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Strategy for the future talent pipeline of the India Business
ii. Design as well as formulate policies and procedures, and establish best practices for Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, induction to maximize candidate and employee experience
iii. Develop local programs to attract talent and retain future company leaders, such as Summer Internships, talent programs and lateral recruitment
iv. Create and execute campaigns for employees across social media channels
v. Design and drive projects & partnerships to strengthen APSFL as the organization of choice
vi. Implement key programs for internal branding in collaboration with all functions
3) HR core Operations : (Employee Engagement, Welfare, Rewards & Recognition etc )
i. Drive employee Engagement initiatives through effective communication of plan via town hall meetings, emails, intranet/internet and other communication methods
ii. Strategize, design and plan activities to keep employees enthusiastic and interested be it via variations, new creations or fresh ideas
iii. Plan and execute various employee engagement activities like festival celebrations, family day, outing, Health Camp etc.
iv. Draw up a budget for events for the year and track and monitor spends
v. Manage issues and requests of various groups involved including participants, stakeholders, vendors, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration- etc
vi. Coach and assist business leaders in employee engagement events
vii. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
viii. Employee survey design and implementation
ix. Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations and statutory & legal documentation
x. Maintain MIS and track and report on monthly or periodic basis as required
Skill Requirements:
- Min 8 -10 Years- experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring or Employer Branding
- Min 2- 3+Years- experience in handling Core HR Operations ( Policy Framing, Employee Engagement, Performance Management System and etc. )
- Recruitment at scale, diverse and niche skills ( Volume Hiring - Lateral & Campus Hiring )
- Must have good exposure in handling end to end Recruitment Life cycle ( RLC)
- Vendor evaluation and management
- Exposure to employee engagement surveys, action planning & execution is a must.
- Data management, analysis and presentation
- Project Management & Team management
- Hands on experience in handling a team of Min : 5 -15 Members
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, lead and drive initiatives with quantifiable outcomes
- Salary Negotiation & Cost Management
- Should have extensive experience in - Internet sourcing techniques- along with conventional sourcing methods.( Job Portals )
- Ability to develop Market intelligence and Candidate mapping reports for target companies and skills
- Experience working with an ATS in a high volume and detail-oriented environment required
- Expert in passive candidate search
- Strong on excel (Lookups, Pivot tables) and in general on MS Word and MS PowerPoint
