Role : HR Talent Acquisition Manager (Contact center)

Experience: 3+ Years of work experience in Talent Acquisition

Industry : BFSI OR BPO/Call Center/ Contact with experience in BFSI Domain

Grade : Senior Manager

Location : Bangalore

Job Role:

- Responsible for a full range of talent acquisition functions.

- Should have experience for call center hiring at different level

- Develop talent pipelines through the creation of effective job postings, referrals, social media content and pro-active sourcing following organizational guidelines and recruitment and marketing best practices.

- Determine selection criteria

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

- Lead employer branding initiatives

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

- Responsible for handling Karnataka region
