- Drive strategic projects at the Group HR level - Monitoring HR department cost and ensuring expenses are within the budget - Perform end-to-end Data mining and analysis activities to map all Key performance Indicators; Analysis of performance of the HR Department through monthly reporting of HR Key Metrics Report - Providing insights on manpower movement . - Be an effective liaison between the CHROs office and HR Leadership ; Working and coordinating with various cross- functional teams for better efficiency; Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all Executive Committee members and MD's office - Identifies and discussed best practices across industries; Presents data and insights to enable decision making by CHRO - Streamline functioning of the CHROs office by setting up right processes and ensure timely availability of information, data and updates - Maintains quality standards of presentations for internal &amp; external stakeholders - Should be able to understand the overall strategy of company and ensure that all strategies and programs are aligned to business strategies and objective - Drives improvement of processes and systems - Suggests strategic and new initiatives for improving performance of business - Works on projections, monitoring outcomes, and recommend suitable actions on a regular basis
