Key Deliverables:
- Identify opportunities for digitization & automation of the entire recruitment process - Requisition to On- boarding
- Be up to date on industry best practices and new trends in HR technology & suggest use case post evaluating contextual feasibility
- Enable a data centric ecosystem by ensuring system data hygiene and real time data transfer between platforms
- Reduce chaos by automating reports, dashboards, status updates/ alerts, etc. to recruitment stakeholders
- Examine trends and patterns in data and recommend policies and initiatives to attract top quality talent, create pipeline, enhance stakeholder experience, optimizing productivity
- Create reports detailing data findings, presenting and outlining conclusions to senior leadership
Ideal Candidate :
Education: Engineer with a Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed B- School
Experience: 2- 4 years of post-graduate work experience
Certifications (preferred): Tableau/ BI, Advanced Excel, TA Analytics, Innovation, Design Thinking, Problem Solving. Advanced Excel is bare minimum, ok if not certified
