Role: Sr Manager- HR ops role and SAP Implementation

Location: Delhi

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Team handling role: 3 to 4

Qualification: MBA (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Must have a good exposure in HR operations and SAP implementation

2. Team handling experience is a must

3. Must have hands on SAP-HCM or Successfactor

4. Release an overall monthly HR Ops report and Monthly meeting

5. Address employees' queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics.

6. Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws both local and national.
