About our Client - Our client is a multi billion dollar German Pharmaceutical company. They employ 50,000+ employees globally and are thru leaders within the pharmaceutical space. In India, they currently have 1000+ employees and are looking for the head of HR Operations to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head of HR and managing a team of 2, your responsibilities will include :

- Total HR operations management for 700 on rolls + 300 contractual employees

- Responsibilities include HR Operations from on boarding till exit

- Incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning and coordination, as well as overall management of the India HR Operations.

- This includes the processing support functions for payrolls, tax and accounting, employee benefits operations, data entry operations

- HR budgeting and forecasting for headcount over a 5 year horizon

- Managing end process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes

- Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations

- Incumbent manages a data quality/quality control resource and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian regulations

- Ensuring all data integrity

- Championing the creation and adherence of a compliance culture in the organization

- Focus on the code of conduct for the pharma sector

- Data migration onto SAP

The Successful Candidate :

- As a successful applicant, you will come with 8-15 years of experience in HR Operations with exposure to compliance and external payroll management.

- You will demonstrate excellent exposure to number crunching and MIS and data management.

- You will be well versed with all Indian laws and regulations related to employment contracts, benefits and tax.
