5 Leading drives on Recruitment & Employee Engagement activity from Corporate Office .
6 Maintain Formal & Cordial relationship with Top Management & Zonal Business Teams
7 Visiting Zonal HR Teams
- Provide overall leadership and oversight for HR management at HO, hubs and branches by the Business Partners
- Identify keyHR imperatives for the relevant business covering individual plans business basis historical data, business requirements and priorities
- Oversee delivery of end-to-end employee life cycle management processes including recruitment, training, performance management, grievance handling etc.
