Designation: Senior HR Manager

Report to: Head - Human Resources

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end HR operations activities for India organisation

- Handle Induction, File management, documentation, offer letters, Policy Administration, Reimbursement, Reports, Attendance Management and Exit process for 5000+ employees

- Handle a small team

Desired Profile:

- 11-15 Yrs of experience in HR operations/HR Shared services in Global IT/Captive organisations

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from reputed institute

- Has handled end-to-end HR operations activities in MNC organisations

- Strong communication skills

- Good team handling experience

- Prior experience working in HR Shared services environment (Major advantage)
