MBA HR 7-10 years exp

The role is to handle :

- Employee Insight led HR Operations strategy

- Custodian of Organisation Culture

- Communication of HR policies & processes

- Automate all HR systems & processes

- Managing IR, Legal & Statutory Compliance issues

- HR Audit

- Create a supportive & exciting/enriching professional environment for the HR Operations team
