Mgr - HR Operations ( Compensation & Benefits)  Location : Delhi  Education - MBA mandatory  Experience - min. 9 yrs of relevant exp.  JOB PURPOSE:  Handling Core HR Operations and Comp and Ben; to support Head - HR in all aspects of:   - Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Total Rewards & Benefits Program including, not limiting to Performance Management  - Establishing Human Resource Data Management and retrieval System  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. To ensure that the following activities are undertaken correctly, accurately and as per timelines:  - Delivery of Compensation-related processes monthly for payroll processing  - Any special incentive/ bonus  - Attendance Management mechanism  - Leave Encashment, other payouts  2. Responsible for maintaining and analyzing input for Annual Compensation review process  3. Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements for full time employees and contractual employees, including PF, ESI related obligations   4. Responsible for implementation of different compensation related projects i.e. market benchmarking, policy benchmarking, deriving inferences, suggesting suitable changes and implementing the same.  5. Responsible for administering benefits programs, negotiating and closing terms and conditions with vendors for any benefits programs contracted by management for instance health insurance  6. Develop and execute communication strategies for any changes related to compensation and benefits initiatives.   7. Responsible for researching, resolving and responding to queries and escalations from employees and management related to compensation policy and benefits programs   8. Able to multitask as per department's requirement in the area of HR Operations   9. Handling any other task/ project that is assigned by HOD.  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:   - Independently handling HR Operations and Compensation specific role for at least 3 yrs   - Candidates should be exposed to Designing Compensation Structures, Participating in Compensation review surveys, ERP working, HRMIS handling and maintaining   - Candidates should have knowledge of MIS, Analytics & Advanced Excel and should be comfortable working with large volumes of HR data.   - Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities   - Team oriented and collaborative approach
