- Demonstrated experience leading international HR Services, developing and managing operations to serve the business and its employees located in multiple countries.
- Proven understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR policies, and procedures which serve different locations
- Trusted advisor and partner, able to develop and maintain productive relationships with teams and key stakeholders involved in the process from different functions and geographies
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Must have experience of managing teams, especially first-line.
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing.
- Extremely well organized with the ability to plan and prioritize a busy workload and meet agreed targets/deadlines.
- Able to coach team members to improve performance and develop skills.
