HR Operations :
- HR Operation - Payroll & Claims Management, Employee Benefits
- Working on all HR processes & practices from onboarding till exit, ensuring alignment with process with the Group Company.
- A critical part of this role is dealing with the people and functional challenges faced during an audit process and planning for improvements and best practices.
- Working on internal HR processes, systems, databases & suggest improvement in Human Resources Information Systems.
- HR Analytics and development of HR Management Reports including ,Attrition, Recruitment or HR vendor expenses or any other and present with useful metrics/SLA.
- Managing Online Attendance System - Record, update & release access cards, Identification of Attendance of Absconding / Resigned Employees inform Employee Relations, Upkeep of Leave Management Portal, Real Time update of WFH / Leaves and Notice Period Attendance - Review along with salary inputs,
- Proposal of Holiday Calendar and Finalization
- Maintenance of Salary Master of on-roll & off-roll employees
- Adjustment of Leaves and Absenteeism
- Upkeep and Processing of Incentives - Agents & TL
- File-keeping Record Management - Personnel records , other records
- Maintaining accrual data, employee claims
HR Audit & Statutory Compliance :
- Directly working on all Internal Audit & Vendor Compliances requirements and ensure 100% adherence to HR compliance & labour laws requirements.
- Registrations, Renewals & Reports for all Statutory Compliances
- Ensure Monthly / Quarterly / Annual records and reports
- Ensure Remittance and Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Challan reports
- Ensure real-time updation of all Compliance registers
Vendor Management :
- Vendor Compliances, Vendor Invoices checking & PO creation in dynamics
- GMC & GPA Renewal, Ecard & employee support
- NGO GMC renewal, CSR Timely payout
- Background Verification - BGV by external vendor - Docs collection, sharing with vendor, tracking of checks status
Performance Management :
- Goal Sheet records and Review Sheets - Annual & Mid year process
- Check Compensation Review Data including Fast Track biannually Jan & July cycle
- Implementation of increments & promotions - Salary break up,letter etc
- Verification and Approval of Appraisals by Management - excel & letters
