- The job holder is responsible for supporting HR Operations, that includes Recruitment, OD initiatives, Employee Development and Engagement in consultation with Associate Director HR.
- Candidate is required to see that HR Operations team successful implements planned agenda, delivers on time and lives up to the expectations of the end customers.
- S/he is expected to adhere to the guidelines; ensuring time to time amendments are executed and incorporated consistently in HR policies, PMS cycles or any others HR areas assigned to the Job holder.
- The job holder is required to assist in redefining compensation and benefits framework and provide support in any evaluation or surveys consistently .
- S/he is expected to contribute towards employee friendly HR policies in consultation with HR Director and ensures employees adhere to these policies.
- The incumbent is required to enhance the HR brand value by following HR processes and compliance to predefined guidelines.
- While executing the job the incumbent is also expected to handle process improvements within the HR systems, make optimal use of technologies to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
- The job holder is supposed to cater to the larger and day to day needs of the employees and meet the expectations of key stakeholders.
- S/he is also responsible for co-coordinating all activities related to yearly execution of employee engagement surveys and resolving critical issues resulting from the Employee Engagement surveys
