Sr. Manager HR Generalist - Logistics - Bangalore - Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA

- 2-4 years of experience working as Generalist HR

Role Brief :

- Managing all functions of HR including Compliance, OD, Project Management, HR Analytics etc.

- Driving HR policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are in line with requirements and goals of the organization

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-School is a must

- Experience in Tableau & Advanced Excel preferred

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
