Senior Manager (Human Resource Operation - Manufacturing)

The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the organization & need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to conduct the recruitment process for staff Selection and Placement - to be responsible for first interview and initial screening of suitable candidates (Supervisory or below level) for further interview with concerned department.

- Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues. Manage report out of employee engagement survey action planning.

- Supporting the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives/ processes. Project Management of all projects of the functions. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers employees as required:

- Support all transactional activities for the function such as transfer, manager change, etc.

- Provide support for Performance management and appraisal.

- Training support, including identification of needs design / identification of appropriate programs

- Exit Management

- Manage processes like: Statutory compliances, Performance Management, Rewards Recognition, Insurance.

- Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.

- Any other HR process as defined from time to time.

- Define support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, RR and performance, dashboards, employee engagement scores etc.)

- Manage employee grievances and queries through HR Shared Services support.

- Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function.

- Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees.

- Handling all the admin related activities.

Qualification And Experience:

1. At least 12+ Years in similar function within a manufacturing environment.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.

6. Have zest to do work in smart way.

7. Should be a computer savvy.

8. Young & Energetic.
