Senior Manager HR Business Partner

- Support with planning and roll-out of HR programs, initiatives, and employee benefits, connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
- Improve HR policies with data driven solutions, relentless mission to create an inspiring place to work with a outstanding culture.
- Support the people strategy and culture to drive engagement initiatives.
- MBA from tier II colleges with 8-10 years of experience in similar role in ecommerce, B2B Trade platform, textile, garments, fabrics, and supply chain industry will be the best fit.
What you should know?
- This role will involve planning strategic initiatives to support business goals.
- Coaching executives to develop their understanding of HR matters, Designing talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives
- Developing HR policies and organizational approach, since we know strengthening the employee-employer relationship can have a positive impact on items like employee productivity, satisfaction and retention.
- This role will fold in to Director HR and will start off with couple of direct reportees.
