- Rewards & Recognitions, Employee Grievances, Team Management & Mentoring, HR Policy-Review and updating SOPs.
- Candidate Engagement, Employer Branding, Stakeholder Management, Dashboard and Reporting.
- Compliances - Managing government compliances and documentation. Partner with legal department as required for overseas and domestic employee engagement.
