Senior Manager - HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition - Internet/Online

- Driving new HRBP initiatives.

- Building overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company in order to meet the overall productivity of the teams.

- Implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Corporate, Technology and Product across levels and teams.

- Devised, implemented and streamlined complete recruitment function, hiring to on-boarding at all levels within corporate, technology and product team,

- Rewards & Recognitions, Employee Grievances, Team Management & Mentoring, HR Policy-Review and updating SOPs.

- Candidate Engagement, Employer Branding, Stakeholder Management, Dashboard and Reporting.

- Compliances - Managing government compliances and documentation. Partner with legal department as required for overseas and domestic employee engagement.
