JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Title: Senior Manager HRBP (HR Business Partner)

1. JOB PURPOSE:

- The Senior Manager HRBP is responsible for leading the development and execution of the people plan, encompassing organizational design, culture creation and maintenance, HR policies and practices for resourcing, capability development (L&D), benefits approach, industrial/employee relations, employee engagement, and partnering with the operational team to drive employee engagement and retention.

- As a member of the Leadership Team, the Senior Manager HRBP plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of AMH services (AH Group BSC). They will support the development of the BSC by shaping the organization and culture to deliver a strategically aligned business and people agenda.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Activities:

- Design, develop, and maintain HR policies and procedures within the organization.

- Lead HR business partner activities for the Business Service Center.

- Develop long-term (approximately 2-3 years) resourcing plans using frameworks and tools to identify current and future organizational capability requirements for a small operational area.

- Facilitate workforce planning discussions with the BSC leadership team in alignment with BSC's strategic objectives. Responsible for delivering insights on People KPIs (e.g., retention, capability building, workforce cost vs. budgeted, etc.).

- Manage all employee transitions and employee relations activities, partnering with the Global HR team.

- Facilitate and manage HR enablement activities for the BSC, including compensation, onboarding, employee relations, and employee engagement.

- Ensure financial targets related to People are met (adherence to compensation and benefit structures, recruiting budget, learning budget, etc.).

- Lead the development of the talent management strategy for the organization, including resourcing and retention and capability development.

- Design and define career paths for positions within the Business Service Center that include career growth opportunities.

- Develop and manage the performance appraisal process for the Service Center.

- Design, develop, and implement the Service Center's rewards and recognition program.

- Manage the learning strategy for the Service Center, including the coordination of learning planning and delivery.

- Responsible for ensuring onboarding activities are completed for new joiners to the Center.

- Facilitate organization design activities for the Center, including job and team design activities; ensure spans of control adherence.

- Develop the resourcing and retention strategy within the BSC.

- Diagnose ongoing learning and development requirements and identify and address current capability gaps.

3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Skills & Desired Experience:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, particularly in HR Ops and HRBP roles.

- Excellent negotiation skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of social media in HR.

- Results-oriented, with a high level of motivation for self-growth.

- Ability to think strategically, taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems and utilizing information from a wide variety of sources.

- Experience working for a multinational organization in outsourcing or shared services.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow team members.

Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Management or PGDBM specializing in HR.
