- Partner and work with key business stakeholders on various HR processes and policies for Engineering, Product and Design teams
- Ideate, implement and execute customised initiatives for these teams as per business requirement
- Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on regular basis
- Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholders' recommendations.
- Support day-to-day HR activities for these departments w.r.t manpower planning, hiring, confirmations, identifying learning requirements and plan interventions, PIP, performance evaluations etc.
- Support and facilitate HR operations w.r.t insurance and medical reimbursements etc for all employees with our insurance partner and Finance team.
A Successful candidate must have:
- 8-12 years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably with technical teams in a fast-growing product-based organisation
- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels and across locations
- Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote, Google Suite etc.
- Should be flexible, reliable and able to collaborate effectively within team
