Roles & Responsibilities:
The Regional HR is responsible for executing HR processes across the employee life cycle from hire to retire, for field employees for all Divisions in the assigned region. The key aspects of the role being
1. Recruitment - Custodian of the recruitment process of Frontline field employees (On Roll & Third Party) o Adherence to the laid down recruitment process within the agreed timelines o Issue of offer/appointment letters
2. On Boarding & Integration - Ensure induction & integration of all field employees as per defined process (Block 1,2,3) - Acceptable quality
3. Employee Exit Process - Custodian of employee exit process - Conduct exit interviews, analyse at regional level and provide feedback to corporate HR
4. HR Operations - Own and manage HR operations related processes like Transfers, Statutory compliances, Leave & Attendance, Other transactions etc and implement engagement initiatives as designed from HO
5. HR Masters - Be an anchor to validate and ensure that the employee master data for the assigned group of employees is of high quality and updated on real time basis
6. People Connect (HR Health of the Region/Zone) - Interact with employees at regular periodicity, understand & record concerns and drive them to closure. Highlight concerns and potential issues to the ZSM's and Corporate HR. - Drive open house in all divisions in the region
7. General - Assist corporate HR in any HR related initiatives in the region
Requirement:
1. Proven work experience as RHR-Sales team
2. North Geography exposure and
3. Proficient in MSEXCEL, Powerpoint, Analytics
