JD:
- Partner with Senior Management and people managers to provide strategic direction and delivery related to organizational design, recruiting, succession management, talent management and development, employee relations matters, resource planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Assess current and future employee potential, ensure that organizational talent needs are fulfilled in line with their growth objectives, and innovate talent engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop/implement comprehensive staffing plans for the business and partners with the internal staffing organization to develop a candidate pipeline.
- Consult with client organization's management in aligning performance management and reward recommendations.
Act as liaison between HR, management, and employees regarding HR policies/procedures; lead investigations and manage conflict resolution.
