Consulting Human Resources Business Partner
- This role is accountable for consulting, designing, delivering, measuring and optimizing Leadership & Talent Development & building highly engaged teams that impact performance
- This is a hands-on and strategic role supporting multiple Practice leaders and his/her extended teams and partnering with Global Talent Managers from other Business Units.
As a Consulting HRBP you will :
- Build strong relationships at all levels
- Be the Brand Ambassador to promote and manage the Consulting Culture to both internal & external stakeholders
- Build credibility as a trusted thought partner by Demonstrating an understanding of the business context, challenges and opportunities.
- Working closely with business partners and leaders to identify, diagnose and prioritize talent development needs across levels
- Designing and delivering innovative, integrated and engaging programs that address key development areas for the business
- Be directly accountable to internal clients as a Talent Partner, responsible for program effectiveness, business impact and maintaining sustained level of employee experience
- Play the role of internal coach to key talent, mid to senior level managers as part of their enablement
- Support the India Practice by leading and supporting strategic initiatives that achieve targeted business results
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and associate experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful design & implementation of Career Goals, Maps & Experiences.
Success Factors :
- Experience of consulting, design and delivery of programs to support talent assessment and development, performance management, building a talent pipeline, change management and coaching
- Managing teams to provide them guidance and direction to ensure a high level of employee engagement is maintained.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and actionable, pragmatic recommendations.
- Confidence in managing projects independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
