Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Internet/Online

Job Description :

- Drive Initiatives to Best Practices, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, rewards & Recognition & Culture

- Developing HR strategies, policies, practices and Procedures

- Partner with the leadership team on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture, transformation and succession planning, etc

- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

- Partner with employees and leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce

- Drive excellence in payroll delivery

- Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention

- Manage internal projects (like 360 feedback, team health surveys)

- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements

- Oversee the annual performance review and employee recognition systems while ensuring that performance management is an ongoing and effective process

- Coordinate with internal and external audit consultants and lead HR Audits.

- Document process, prepare audit findings and conduct follow up audits to monitor closure of the findings.

Requirements :

- MBA in HR or equivalent degree from a reputed university / college.

- Candidates should have 4 - 8 yrs of experience in HRBP Role.

- Experience in Startup / E-commerce

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

- Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
