- The purpose of this job is to align strategic direction of the HR function and delivery with the business strategy, cascade the Corporate HR Strategy & Vision to the Business Unit(s) and is responsible for the operational success and full integration of activities with major organizational functions.
- Ensure that team delivers consistently, effective and seamless customer facing HR services
- Regular meetings with people managers to understand the team issues and drive the people agenda
- Develop HR strategies aligned to business goals and partner in creating sustainable and integrated solutions
- To drive PMS and facilitating smooth completion of Performance Planning, Quarterly Review, Mid-Year Review & Year-end Review in time
- Accountable for Employee engagement initiatives, consultation to improve the engagement & support communication.
- Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and leaders
- Design effective interventions to drive attrition mitigation plans; Retention & attrition Management support
- Work on optimal manning and structures in the business functions and track the RAG
- Develop appropriate Job descriptions, job roles and identify the right talent for the roles
- Employee Relations and Grievance handling
- Bring innovation to improve the employee experience around the HR touch points
