Recruitment and Selection
Handle recruitment with a team spread across Line of services and across business line.
- Interacting with Partners and other key managers to develop the recruitment plan for current and pipeline projects requirements.
- Devise ramp- up plan/ search plan and adopt effective search strategies to meet delivery unit needs
- Ensure effective employee referral utilization and on-time payment release.
- Handling the recruitment planning process & build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines at optimal price points
- Improve candidate conversion ratios & overall quality of vendor service to the business
- Generate and provide analytic around recruitment
- Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets and process requirements.
