A leading Ed Tech firm is looking for a Senior Manager HRBP , role to be based in Bangalore. We are looking for candidates from 2013/2014/2015 batches only for this role. This is a team management role and will have 3-4 direct reportees. The KRAs for this role will be as follows: 1.Managing and governing the HR managers 'daily and weekly activities like making sure they are meeting their daily/weekly targets, facilitating them with various process etc. 2. Come out with creative approaches (which will be deployed by HR Managers) to maximize employee engagement 3. Engaging with senior managers/ GM/ AVP sales on a periodic basis to reduce attrition 4. Handling employee grievances 5. Managing with the HR team the entire PMS cycle for the sales teams 6. Working on attrition management initiatives and reducing attrition 7. Handling end to end HR Business support and decisions to enable succession planning 8. Training needs identification and planning employee progression through various online and offline coaching activities
