Role: Sr. Manager HR Business Partner
KRA:
- Responsible for entire gamut of HR activities for one the Business Unit
- Talent Acquisition/Manpower Planning : Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning
- Recruitment & On boarding : Onboarding & New hire orientation for cultural assimilation of new hire as per leadership principle.
- OD & Training & development: Ensure proper training assessment via projects & score. Preparation & timely upgardation of Skill Inventory, Complete skill assessment
- Employee Engagement: Partner to engage in continuous improvement in communication vehicles and practices
Experience and Education : MBA (HR) from Tier 1 College only, 3-5 years of experience
