Position: Sr Manager HR
Reporting to: Head HR
Responsibilities :
- Plays a significant role in HR interventions for engaging talents, development and retention to effectively deliver against the evolving business needs.
- Takes lead in implementing HR strategies and new initiatives.
- Works towards achieving HR operational excellence in managing the employee lifecycle in the organization.
- Being an HR Business Partner provides business enabling support as an internal consultant.
- As a trusted partner, the HRBP will be working on the immediate and long-term objectives of people function and provides functional expertise that drives productivity and results in Business Practices.
- Works closely with Head of Human Resources to drive the organization's talent management objectives and a greater level of employee experience.
