Purpose of the job : To provide leadership and direction for key HR areas, In particular Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, Campus Hiring and Talent Acquisition. This position is responsible for defining, supporting and delivering on the key strategic plans and initiatives for the business.
Major KRA's :
Internal Employee communication : Develop and implement internal communications strategy
Employee Engagement : Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
Talent Acquisition : This position is responsible for all facets of Talent Acquisition activities. He or she will create the strategic plan for the function and ensure that the team has the capability to deliver on this plan.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Full time Post Graduate/MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 B-school with minimum 5-6 years exp and strong experience in leading a recruiting function in complex and fast moving environments.
- Well rounded business background and acumen with the ability to be a strategic partner
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that are consistent with the culture and business strategies of the company
- Willingness to change, flexible
- Able to work in an open, business focused environment and be able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion
- Able to communicate at all levels. Seen as a champion of the business goals and employee development
- Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations in a positive manner
