One of the leading business conglomerate having diverse business presence across various sectors is in the process of hiring a Senior Manager -Business HR for Mumbai location (Lower Parel).   Reports to - Head HR.  The Senior Manager - BP has the leadership responsibility to articulate and ensure the following :  Business Partnering:  - Lead Talent Identification and Talent development.  - Conceptualize and design Organizational Development initiatives.  - Lead and partner with business on Variable Compensation program and Salary Increment process.  - Monitor Employee Cost monitoring to ensure budgetary controls and drive cost savings.  - Implement job evaluation and promotions process.  Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition:  - Manpower Planning & Organization structure design for the financial year as per business growth projections, with regular reviews every quarter.  - Productivity tracking and manpower allocation to strategic initiatives and BAU growth estimates.  - Partnering, monitoring and audit of Talent Acquisition process.  - Selection and compensation fitment for external hires and internal transfers.  - Drive the Diversity agenda.  Employee Connect & Engagement:  - Open Houses & 1-on-1 meetings with employees to understand people issues and deliver solutions.  - Monitor and guide HR Operations team in day-to-day operations.  - Approve/ reject exceptions on policy implementation; Assess feedback on organization policy and implementation issues and provide solutions to employees.  Talent Management & Development:  - Partner with the L&D team for creation of training content and delivery.  - Assess and approve programs from the training calendar for the business units (includes e-learning)  - Internal trainer for various programs (Performance Management, R&R Program, Employee Development, Ethics Framework and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy).  - Creation and Implementation of Competency Framework for employees.  Experience and Qualifications :   As a Senior Manager - BP, must have 9 to 14 years of experience leading, creating and facilitating, leadership, learning, succession, performance management, career development, related management, organizational development processes within a large, complex global organization.   Candidate must promote strong team interaction across the functional and business organization. Candidate must be effective at sharing ideas and information with peers and business leaders. The successful candidate will be of the highest intellectual calibre, a quick learner an with excellent educational credentials. This person must have outstanding oral and written communication skills.   This individual should have significant prior experience crafting important internal communications and must have unquestionable business and personal integrity and ethical standards.
