Job Designation: Sr. Manager/Regional Manager - HRBP

Experience : 10 to 15 Yrs
Reporting To: Director HR
Job Profile :
Should have minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resource Development in manufacturing setup with workforce of around 200. Need to travel to multiple plant locations periodically.
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment :
- Providing HR presence and impact in the talent acquisition by working closely with the Functional Heads for Manpower budgeting and planning.
- Facilitating talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
- Developing sourcing strategies to drive optimal channel mix.
Performance Management :
- Initiating Performance Management Process across the organisation.
- Ensuring timely completion of Mid-term and Annual review activities.
- Administering the promotions / salary revisions for deserving employees in consultation with the Functional Heads.
Compensation Benefits :
- Developing prudent compensation & benefit strategy in consultation with Head HR & salary benchmarking in the respective industry.
- Generation of timely & accurate MIS related to Compensation.
- Establish the salary bands for different entry levels
- Collate and analyse data on employee compensation across the organization.
Employee Engagement :
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Managing employee relations, supporting employees on company benefits.
- Dealing with complex employee issues including absence, discipline and grievances.
- Organizing various cultural activities.
- Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues.
