For our client - a global leader in business process management (BPM)

Location - Hyd

Shift- US Shift-

No. of Interviews Round - Three (PR, VP HR and Business Leader)

Team size- 2 to 3

He/ She will be managing end to end HR activities for the Hyderabad site (approximately 1800 employees).

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for ensuring seamless HR operations like payroll, Statutory Compliances, WHM/LOP data, on-boarding. Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.

- Drive Attrition /retention discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets

- Facilitate and drive leadership connect through 1-on-1, 1 to many connects viz. Round Table discussions. Work with managers to close actions taken on the feedback.

- Implement key diversity, CSR and sustainability initiatives at the business unit level.

- Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes across locations.

- Conductand managing IC-SAT.

- Own and drive E-SAT and VoE

- Own & drive the performance process in partnership with the business.

- Manage the Rewards and Recognition initiatives

- Manage Team

The following competencies will enable success in the role:

c.HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes.

d. Strong communication skills, especially with large groups.

e. Stakeholder management & a demonstrated ability to influence.

f. Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results.

g. Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions / actions that lead to business results.

h. An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking

Education: The HR Business Partner must have MBA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.

Experience: A candidate for the position will demonstrate a minimum of 9-10 years of working experience in HR, expertise to manage team, a suitable candidate will also have some experience preferably in an organization within the same industry as the business.
