The Human Resources Business Partner role is responsible for Mumbai location and a few large departments. This position will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and has the opportunity to work on strategic HR projects at a global level
Key Highlights:
- Successfully drive HR in the business day to day, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Business Partnering and more, and use these practices as a platform for further influencing and enabling the broader people strategy work throughout the organization.
- This is a global role engaging stakeholders (at all levels) across geographies like India, Philippines and US
- This role involves handling a team and reports directly to the Vice President, Human Resources
- Candidate must possess 12+ years of experience post a full time Master's degree in Human Resources from tier 1 or tier2 institutes only
Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading HR Delivery for Mumbai location with HC in excess of 2000 employees
- Accountable for Business Human Resource goals like retention and employee engagement, performance management and development, talent management, employee relations, early intervention and change management
- Collaborates with other Human Resources functions and other corporate functions to achieve business goals
- Responsible for employee relations, policy interpretation and grievance resolution process
- Acts as a consultant to leaders for talent management and development
- Create, mentor and lead an effective team
Qualification :
- Full time MBA HR from a reputed institute with at least 12years of experience
- Good communication. Candidate will need to work with global business teams
- High analytical proficiency and has a systems mindset
- Exposure to Employee Relations and Labor Law
- Has been in a similar role for at least 2-3 years
- Work Timings - 3 PM to 12 AM ( Transport Provided )
