Designation: Senior Manager HRBP Location: Corporate Office, Pune Client Details: One of the leading Real estate developers As an HRBP the main focus would be on driving the HR agenda and driving key HR activities like HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Payroll etc. Key Accountabilities: - Has overall accountability for leading strategic and operational HR partnering for the business, Serve as a partner for the business by identifying the HR imperatives and drive implementation of initiatives through the HO and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services as per the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. - Oversee delivery of end-to-end employee life cycle management processes including Talent Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Mgt. and Employee Services functions. - Serve as a point of contact for any escalated employee complaints/ issues within the business and work along with Senior Management & Departmental Heads for timely resolution of queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures. - Monitor payroll and fulfilment of statutory compliances requirements Desired Profile : - Masters Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 08 years of post-qualification experience - Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills
