The HR business partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Act as an employee champion and change agent. Responsibilities : - Business Partnering : Providing guidance, consultation & effective solutions for business - Performance management : succession planning for business units - Employee Engagement : Improve Morale, productivity & effectiveness of staffs - Employee Retention : Strategies to improve employee retention - Talent Acquisition : Ensure 95% of headcount is maintained at all times - Manage the end to end recruitment process and take overall responsibility for the hiring activity and campaigns. - Ensure all job descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary. - Stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. - Maintaining the entire employee database of the entire organization - Handling ESI, PF, Gratuity, Leave and queries related to the same of the entire organization - Full and Final Settlement of the employees resigning from the organization - All the data required for payroll processing Skill required : - Must have previous experience of handling employee relations. - Ability to execute HR policies and initiatives. - Ability to maintain effective and productive working relationships within all store locations in Mumbai - Ability to travel based on business needs.
