- HR Business partnering with the business leader/s to understand the talent priorities and agree on plans to address the same.

- Raise the bar on key HR processes - PMS/Talent Management / Learning etc

- Value Business partnering to vertical heads and BU leaders

- Deepen team and employee connect to Org and BU
