- Handle the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance, employee engagement for PAN India setups

Our client is one of the largest players in the Automobile industry. They are looking for a Senior Manager-HRBP who will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Retail Business to drive strategic people initiatives across establishments
Description
To support the Head of Retail Business in all People related matters
Recruitment, Selection & Induction :
- To create/ upgrade JDs and support COE in Job Evaluation
- To ensure the manpower availability (On Roll & Off Roll) as per the budget by owning the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing offers.
- To drive the Campus Process
- To ensure smooth On-boarding of candidate with proper Induction Plan.
- Performance Management : To drive the PMS system for the establishment both for On Roll & Off Roll employees in coordination with all stakeholders which includes Confirmation & Contract Extension.
- Retail Specific - Competence Development : To steer the Training Need Identification, Designing Training Calendar & ensure the implementation.
Engagement Activities:
- To formulate & drive engagement activities at establishment (VGAS, Open Houses, Skip Level meetings etc.)
- Responsible for monthly/ yearly attrition analysis & taking required measures to control the attrition both for On & Off Roll Team Members.
Payroll, MIS & HR Compliances:
- Responsible for Payroll & Incentive process of establishment: To ensure timely collection & providing information of Payroll/ Attendance inputs to Finance.
- Responsible for maintaining the database of all employees readily available & to send the monthly MIS to stakeholders in desired format.
- To ensure HR compliances for establishment by coordinating with all stakeholders (i.e. Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labor Act etc).
Employee Services, Admin & Other Activities:
- To act as single point of contact for all HR & Admin related activities at establishment.
- To ensure 100% satisfaction level on employee grievance handling & claim settlements.
Profile
- 10-12 years of relevant experience preferably from Dealership setup or candidates in the role of Retail Store HR Manager
- Full time MBA is a must
- MBA from Tier 1 college is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, grad and post grad
