Job Descriptionn :

- The role requires you to provide HR leadership and deliver on strategic workforce plan aligned to overall business strategy.

- This would involve working closely with the Leadership team as a HR Partner, coaching and consulting the leaders to deepen their understanding on key People Issues and work with them closely to build strong, cohesive and engaged team. The role would also involve working closely with Market HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, T&D, Reward and ER) and above market stakeholders to align with Company's People Processes and deliver on overall HR Priorities.

Key duties and Accountabilities:

- Work closely with Leadership, to understand the business landscape and priorities and build/deliver Strategic Workforce Plan, Talent Strategy, Succession planning, and skills assessment

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Closely work with finance and Leadership on the Workforce LRP Budgets and deliver the same aligned to the strategy.

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes, which focus on performance management and talent development.

- Work closely with COEs to deliver on BCR Succession Development RoadMap, Capability Development priorities for the Site.

- Nurture Performance Driven Culture - Consult and Coach Managers on understanding Company's Performance Framework, Driving Performance Discussions and Addressing Under performance.

- Lead Pulse Survey & Culture transformation agenda - Ensuring employee participation, Focus Group discussion with employees on Pulse Insights, Action Planning with Leadership basis FGDs and Pulse insights, Handholding Leaders in driving action plan implementation and progress.

- Plan and steer employee engagement initiatives to promote synergies and spirit of camaraderie amongst employees (Employee Connect, Leadership, People Manager Connect).

- Act as single touch point for all employee related grievances and concerns - understanding of issues, coaching and advising on further steps, escalation point for all employee queries/ guidance on policies & procedures

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests
