Role Type:
- People Manager role, with upto 10 associates across levels reporting in. This position is key in managing, governing and administering various training processes impacting trainees as well as trainers.
- This is a multi-facetted role and manages all aspects of centralized learning shared services.
- The LSS manager monitors the effectiveness of the training operations; analyze and make recommendations; evaluate, develop and deploy policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Acts as an internal consultant and advisor to leadership regarding training strategies and initiatives.
- The candidate must possess strong training data management and analysis skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- The candidate will need to be well versed with training policies, procedures and should be process oriented.
- The candidate must have good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI (good to have
