Senior Manager - HR analytics

- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard reporting dashboard across primary stakeholder groups

- Deliver MIS reporting as per schedule and provide leaders with a set of meaningful workforce insights on a timely, consistent basis.

- Perform reconciliation and validation checks for accuracy of data, review the data quality on regular basis

- Manage Ad-hoc data requests and provide reports as needed

- Provide clear, concise, fact-based findings/insights to business partners / leaders using data, graphics, and effective discussion

2. Regulatory /Compliance Submissions Accuracy

Report Quality/TAT:

- Deliver regulatory and compliance reports to government authorities / regulators, internal departments, and business leaders

- Support special projects and prepare ad-hoc reports upon request from key stakeholders and business leaders

3. Analytics Data Quality and Inputs for analytics

Manager Feedback:

- Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities

- Review existing data sources / reports and build new databases with external data required to fulfil analytics requirements of the unit.

- Identify meaningful metrics for the HR elements in strategic initiatives and develop measurement methodologies that provide leaders with insights and perspective

4. Data Analysis and Presentations Stakeholder feedback

Timeliness/Quality:

- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

- Ad-hoc analysis on HR data and prepare presentations as per requirements.


- Handle assigned individual projects and actively contribute to the unit projects

5. HR Budgets and Costs Accuracy:

Report Quality Stakeholder feedback:

- Assist in HR budget preparations, providing advice and analysis to increase the efficiency of the HR spending

- Oversee and compare the HR expenditure to original budget

- Reconcile monthly reports from Finance for budget codes to verify that transactions and balances are accurate and takes appropriate steps to make corrections as needed to ensure that expenditures do not exceed annual budgets

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and Finance teams on budgets.

6. Create/ Maintain Data Processes, Systems & Procedures :

Stakeholder feedback:

- Create processes and procedures on data management, data quality, and ensure stakeholder adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
